Gman Emblem is proud to be a leader in the prevention of unauthorized reproduction of our customer's patches, and has taken the following steps to prevent this practice.
Gman Emblem does not authorize any overruns or reproduction of our customer's orders. Written approval is obtained from the ordering agency to produce their insignia.
Each Gman Emblem patch has an identifying sticker on the back of every patch that identifies it as a Gman Emblem product. We were one of the first companies to start using this practice.
"For Sale" items are posted to the Gman Emblem website only upon approval of the ordering agency and all sales are direct from the ordering agency, not Gman Emblem. Since April 1, 2002, Gman Emblem has posted all new patch images to its website in altered colors, which also change to another image if an attempt is made to copy the image from our website server. This helps prevent anyone from printing or saving our customer's patch designs and reproducing them illegally.
Gman Emblem has worked with several prominent patch collectors to also have them post any patches they may receive as collectibles in altered colors on their collector websites as well.
Periodically, some individuals/companies will make unauthorized reproductions of original Gman Emblem products and sell them to collectors on eBay or elsewhere, therefore cutting into our customer's fund-raising profits. Gman Emblem is one of the first companies to file copyright infringement notices against those who sell these items, and has worked closely with eBay security to have these auctions cancelled.
Gman Emblem will continue efforts to stop unauthorized reproductions.

Gman Emblem is dedicated to providing our customers with honest and friendly service. Part of this dedication is the integrity of our customer's order. Gman Emblem will never make extras or overruns of a customer's order.
